This is the other project from my Color & Design class that I got a perfect score on. It was an exercise in line types, and how to use those line types to convey shading and shape. The top image is what I drew, and the one below was my point of reference. The top right corner of the ink drawing was simple contour lines. The top left corner was done using scribbles to achieve a grayscale. The bottom left was done using parallel lines of different line weights to achieve grayscales. The bottom right corner was done with stippling. I hate stippling. My hand was cramping pretty fiercely at the end of this project. Nonetheless, it came out looking very nice, and I was pretty proud of this piece.
